In my experience, you can't get through on the phone. They are busy on a Monday. Shutters are down on a Tuesday. I wish they would tell me when I can fall ill, and then see a doctor. I am running out of my repeat prescription. I would like to know what the surgery is run for, not for the good of patients, absolutely pathetic. Why don't they give the practice to a body of medics that can see patients on a daily basis, and genuinely want to help people. Gave four stars for cleanliness, because its probably shut most of the time. I haven't tried at weekends, now that would be a challenge, get an answerphone telling you call back in a couple of weeks, possibly. Its all very well having a slick and efficient looking website when its absolutely useless. Try getting the OAP's, to negotiate all this. Not thinking about them are they?
