I have been using this system at the surgery for some time now I feel it absolutely works so well. No waiting on the phone no waiting in the surgery. I send details through email as I feel I don't forget to mention things that might be important and may forget face to face. I have always had a text message after submitting the on line request. I always receive a phone call the same day and have always found their delivery of prescribing appropriate. An immediate face to face app if it's deemed necessary. I think this service is fantastic and should be rolled out to other surgeries
