I phoned with a health problem & was given an appointment for the same day ( I know this isn't always the case but my circumstances on the day we're dealt with very efficiently)
I saw Dr Smith who was very pleasant. She listened very attentively, asked questions & examined me treating me very courteously. She came up with a clear plan of action, involving me all the way.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive a telephone call from her later in the day to the affect that she'd given further thought to my problem & after more investigation was able to offer me more advice.
An all round excellent experience
