The whole team works well together regardless of their status, keep that up.
The reception staff have always been very helpful and let me take my time, even if there are others waiting behind me. The whole team will explain as often as needed until I understand and don't make me feel daft or try top rush me out of the door. I didn't think the new system would work but I have used it a few times and once you have used it, I find it brilliant. The Dr's are more than happy for you to fetch a.n. other to help you and the Dr.
