The wait is extremely long. Over 30 minutes every time it's Dr. Reubon.
He appears not to actually take on board what your issue is and is keen just to usher you out the door even though you wait over an hour to see him. He shows no compassion or empathy and in all honesty, I dread seeing him each time. He's snappy and demands you talk about only one element for example if I have a sore throat and ear ache. He will demand you choose only one to have seen to today and make an appointment a different day for the other issue, although most times they are linked. It is not a holistic approach and you are not seen as a whole.
Care is good. Sometimes difficult to be seen. 10 minutes not always enough time. Should be able to have bloods taken at surgery. Too much hassle having to make appointment at hospital, takes to long.
Very nice doctor. Very long waiting times.
Very good, bit of a long wait time from my appointment time.
Friendly receptionists.
Easy to "check in" on computer.
Wonderful nurse (Ruth) extremely caring and understanding and saw me on time. Thank you.
No soap in dispenser in downstairs too.
Impossible to make appointments for same day by phone.
