Dr Frost is an amazing Doctor she always gives her full attention to what you are saying as I am a bit deaf and a very very caring Dr. The surgery is very helpful = in all matters. Thank you - and staff very polite

The surgery is kept tidy and looks clean. The receptionist staff on the whole are very friendly and helpful, especially when you need to see a Dr/nurse for an infant. The emergency appointments are offered in the morning, my only negative is if you do not go in person to book one you can often not get through on the telephone but that is understandable with so many people clearly calling at the same time, perhaps it would help if you were told what number you were in the que on the phone and it didn't just ring engaged.
