The Doctors take time to explain everything. Dr Ruben has been extremely thorough in his care of me and ensuring I understand everything in relation to my health and condition. Reception staff are very efficient and helpful. You are able to get a same day appointment if you arrive early morning. Getting through on the phone in the morning for a same day appointment can be difficult.

Dr Ruben is very nice I really liked Dr Frost when she was still here. I think arranging visits could be improved. And waiting times are worrying.

Sometime doctor's appointment is not on time. Just now one patient is complaining at reception that she wait for 45 minutes.

The Dr is good, however, consistently late. I have never been seen on time (30 mins wait is normal!). I have only managed to get an appointment easily once. All other occasions I have had to wait weeks. Main receptionist can be rude and lacks people's skills at times.
