I was very unwell and didn't want to go to A&E during the weekend but went to the GO on Monday morning, waited 2.5 hours to get seen! Some patients that arrived after me were seen before me. So disappointed with the service, the receptionist at the time of my arrival was on of the nurses and haven been seen by her before I know how rude she is. This GP needs to improve this timing is unacceptable.

This has been my GP for over 15 years. As I get older I depend on them more and staff are generally courteous and the medical care is personal and attentive. The walk-in clinic starting at 8am is generally how I access services.

My experience at Lambeth Walk Group Practice on 23 February 2015 was excellent. I had a pain that was causing me considerable concern. I didn't have an appointment as it was recent but was seen within 40 minutes by Dr Flett. I was examined and no serious symptoms were found. To be extra careful I was given a referral for a blood test at St Thomas' hospital to rule out anything serious. I received the results the following day and given advice the whole business was efficient and quick. I am very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the treatment.

I got a walk in appointment - the registrar was superb! So thorough and treated my case in its entirety and not just the small things I wanted to see him about. He heard everything I was talking about, he understood the many and various areas of my illness and was ready to investigate the possibility of what else could be done to support me. He didnt just say that usual - you need to do this.... or its because of that.... It is the first time I can truly say I felt like I had a full consultation.
