I have been with this practice for over 15 years. I have always found GP’s and reception staff friendly and helpful. The doctors never rush you during your consultation and it’s great that you can book a double appointment if needed

I have always found reception staff friendly and helpful GP’s spend time listening to you, it’s nice that you can book double appointments if you have a few issues to discuss

I was calling regarding my appointment in the morning 8 O clock they had not answered my calls and then I have tried calling them again for my test results and they have not answered the phone till 32 minutes so I have to walked to surgery with high temperature to book my appointment, very disappointed

Please pass my thanks to Dr.Walkley for his prompt reply, and treatment after my phone call this morning. I feel I'm so lucky to be a patient at such an excellent practice. Receptionists always so helpful. Thank you.

Following a serious illness last year I needed ongoing medical care from this practice. I have no complaints about my treatment by any of the staff who I have found to be helpful, caring and concerned to make sure I received the correct treatment. I registered with this practice a year ago and have to say they are a significant improvement on my previous GP practice in another area where often the phone would just not be answered at all except by a voice message to try later, and getting an appointment was like drawing teeth. No practice is perfect but I have great confidence in Ladybarn Group Practice and would recommend to anyone looking for a modern professional medical practice who take care of their patients.
