The issue over several months is prescriptions are not fulfilled,prescription lost and a real lack of communication.Not everyone has a computer to do online business.
I have not seen a Doctor in 3 years.It really is a post code lottery and Knowle house surgery performance is very poor.
Suggested improvements
The prescription system needs to be organised better.
