Dr C Sharpe is someone you can tell anything to and she will listen. At the moment I have to go to the town surgery to see her as she is not at Edenthorpe at the moment. The HCA's and Nurses are also very caring and but I have found that it is not possible to book an appointment with a nurse on the internet. The internet booking system also needs to be able to be sort by Doctor. It is a relational database so it should not to be too difficult to sort by date, surgery (place) and person. That would make it extremely easy to sort down to the date, place and person very quickly.

This is a family friendly practice that takes the time and makes the effort to care for it's patients in a compassionate manner. All staff are considerate and helpful. The practice approach is forward thinking and works with patients to deliver the care that patients want.

The on-line services to book appointments and order prescriptions is quick, easy and and convenient to use. The receptionists at Kingthorne are always friendly, helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, I have not found the receptionists at Edenthorpe to be as polite, helpful and efficient as at Kingthorne. There is a good broad choice of Doctors available at Kingthorne or the Edenthorpe Practise. The nurses are friendly, helpful and supportive. Overall, a Practise that supports and considers the demands of the patients registered there.
