My last experience wasn't that good I think the doctor was having a off day to be honest I've seen this same doctor in the past and he was good I don't like going the doctor on best of times and this experience has put me off a little to going in the future it made me feel like your just a number and they don't really care for you the doctor listened to my chest through my coat and just said it was viral I had other symptoms but seemed not interested. I won't let this experience put me off the rest of the doctors won't see him again in the future but will say there is much better doctors in the surgery all in all the practise is very good Dr Coleman Dr sharp & Dr chaudary are really good doctors they have time and care for you

Getting an appointment is very difficult. It is rare to be able to get an appointment within a week, and even then they are at inconvenient times (during working hours only)

I arrived early for an appointment with a nurse and she saw me within 5 mins of waiting even though my appointment was later. Thank you.

I have had problems with the repeat prescriptions service. On a few occasions I have nort received it back despite putting first class stamped addressed envelope with the request. Otherwise no problems.

Appointments usually on time, friendly staff helpful on queries.all nurses I have seen are happy and explain the procedure they are about to do. I would struggle to suggest how to improve the care is at this time.
