The Kingthorne Practice is brilliant. Staff and Doctors are very approachable, friendly and welcoming. There are various ways to book appointments and renew prescriptions including an excellent online service. Appointments on specific days are easy to get, and requests for prescription renewal are always dealt with promptly. All of the Doctors I have seen at the practice have always been very professional and thorough, but in a kind, patient, and friendly manner. Having heard other family members speak of their woeful experiences at their GP Practices makes me exceedingly grateful that I use Kingthorne. In fact the Kingthorne Practice should be used a model for all GP practices.
