Dr Leighton always listens to what I have to say, involves me by explaining information about my medical conditions and any appropriate treatment available. He treats me as a individual person and makes me feel valued.
The Advanced Practioners and Nursing staff are very helpful, supportive and explain any treatment given. The reception staffers are polite, efficient and helpful.
The online system the Practice uses for ordering prescriptions, making appointments, etc is convenient, quick and easy to use.
Waiting times for Appointments are reasonably quick and easy to arrange.
The Practice has a relaxed and informal atmosphere with plenty of useful relevant information on display.
Also what is a really nice touch and useful to know is a collage of pictures on the wall of the Advanced Prationers giving information about who they are and what they can actually do to help patients.
