The waiting areas could do with modernising and at the very least cleaning up. Receptionist staff always have their window closed and 'wait to be seen sign' as they are taking phone calls.I suggest one receptionist doing phone calls and one always available for patients. Also a smile and pleasant attitude wouldn't go a miss! Actual appointments and treatment have been helpful.
