It says on the wall inside the surgery that if a patient is more than 10 mins late for a appointment they could be asked to rebook another appointment another time, so this could be interpreted as a missed appointment.
Today my appointment was for 10.20am, l actually got to see the doctor at 11.00am. so do the rules work both ways can this be interpreted as a miss appointment buy the Doctor/surgery, although l got apologies from both the doctor and only from the receptionist when l asked why or what was taking so long.
It seems that when you break the rules which are made by the surgery you get punished no matter what excuse you may have , but when the surgery break there own rules it seems to be perfectly alright .
l am very tolerant about time s l can understand 10 or 15 mins late when a appointments overlaps but l mean nearly 45mins can not be acceptable .
