I called on monday for an appointment to be told the appointments had to be booked on the actually day. I call on Tuesday at 8am before starting work for an afternoon appointment and after waiting on the phone for 20 mins I was told that I could only book an morning appointment. If this was communincated to me in the first call this would have saved me the time and inconvenience. I have never found booking an appointment at this surgery an easy or pleasant experience!
