It is almost impossible to get an appointment. Spend hours trying to get through to the practice for receptionist to tell you there's no appointments left and to call again next day for the same issue to happen.

More appointments and receptionist to be less rude

Tried to book an appointment. Apparently the receptionist is a fully trained medical professional who, when I refused to discuss my symptoms with her told me to call 999. When I said that sounded a bit extreme she said "that is what a doctor would say" and hung up on me

retrain your receptionists

I called on monday for an appointment to be told the appointments had to be booked on the actually day. I call on Tuesday at 8am before starting work for an afternoon appointment and after waiting on the phone for 20 mins I was told that I could only book an morning appointment. If this was communincated to me in the first call this would have saved me the time and inconvenience. I have never found booking an appointment at this surgery an easy or pleasant experience!

Trying to get through on the telephone to make an appointment is a total nightmare I understand they need to know why you need an appointment but this is really unacceptable when it is a delicate issue and you are talking to a receptionist
