I like the online appointment and medication request service.
I like the services that are available now within the surgery eg. physio, scans etc. It makes things much easier regarding travel and the waiting times are less that when done in the hospital setting.
The reception staff are very helpful and polite.
I tend to try to see Dr Mooney when I require an appointment as I feel confident that she will answer honestly, listen, discuss and advise me accordingly. I prefer to see the same doctor as knowledge of the person that the Dr is treating leads the patient to feel more reassured.
I like the educational screen giving health advice.
The environment is spacious, clean and tidy.
