I really liked this doctors surgery, however I'm really annoyed that today last minute my appointment got cancelled. Not only did I have to make time up today for being late to work but when my appointment does get rearranged again I'll have to make more time up. They should be more considerate to those that actually work. I can't see them having cancelled every appointment and I think in the future they should prioritise workers over the unemployed. So frustrating I'm really disappointed and annoyed! And to top it off I was supposed to receive a call back today and the person calling me back has gone without bothering! BLOODY USELESS! When I questioned the receptionist I was told maybe I was best off changing my doctors! I'm fuming I actually had concerns I wanted to discuss and now courtesy of your incompetence and complete and utter negligence I don't know when I'll get the opportunity to do so!!!! I will be looking at changing doctors now!
