I am very disappointed with the telephone service now at this practice. It is literally impossible to get through to speak to anyone, I have tried numerous times to order my repeat prescription only to get a computerised message asking me to leave my details, which I have done. The message says they'll get back to you within 24 hours but no one does. This has happened numerous times, the last time I hadn't had a reply so called in to the practice to see what the problem was only to be told the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. This is just not good enough. Is it because the practice has got too big and there's not enough staff? I'm in my 60s and from birth I was registered on Princess Street with Dr Twist/ Walker where this practice began and up until recently I've been happy with the service I've had but it's going downhill now and from the comments I'm hearing from others, something needs to be done.
