i live alone and have come off Pregabalin as I felt unwell and could not get an spot. I have had suicidal thoughts but managed to deal with them - alone. This morning however I was in a bad way - personal and work issues. I called for an appt as advised by NHS and could not get one. Search receptionist wound me up more and in the end I put the phone down .
I feel a bit better now but I you really need to understand and help people with mental illnesses
