Some Reception staff are always rude and have no idea what constitutes an urgent appointment.
In recent years have had 2 fantastic doctors who have now left. Dr Murdoch and Dr Hillsborough. Unsure at the moment who to choose as my regular doctor as I require quite a lot of input from them.
