I feel that if I said on the telephone that my problem was an emergency I would have got an appointment quickly. But as I did not, I ended up sitting and waiting for over an hour for an appointment during your open session.
This does not seem acceptable to me when I work full time.
Next time I ring, I will be saying my problem is an emergency to avoid wasting my time sitting in the open surgery.
