While the nurse was attentive and helpful, I found Dr. David to be rude and dismissive of my symptoms. I am dissatisfied with my treatment at Kenton Clinic, and I will avoid using this clinic in future.

Dr David was helpful and took time to listen to my complaints. His advice was reasonable and explained my problem in simple terms

Dr. David need more improvement in how to communicate with their patients, he is extremely rude, he gets annoyed when you ask him questions and i never feel comfortable when i visit him, thinking he will either get annoyed or insult me if i ask him any questions. he is not at all friendly person.

This is a terrible surgery. The Drs do not take any compassion or care in their patients. Dr David is very rude, he called my mother obese when clearly she is not and denied her iron when clearly her bloods demanded it. Even worse my father was rushed into hospital due to lack of care by the Dr..was told to take paracetamol when in fact he had a serious blood infection...followup care was terrible, the hospital had to call them to even prescribe the meds he needed. Should be stuck OFF or shut down.

I attend 2-3 times a year, only on very serious health problems when the gp recomends paracetamol for absolutley anything, does not check, does not recomend to specialist no matter what as "budget is limited" he said and "how does it help you to know how ill you are". Our family and other friend families felt always misstreared here and we're already looking for another GP. Do not recomend under any circumstances! By the way, we received a further investigation & required treatment when we asked the gp if we can call that atitude misstreatment and take that to court.
