Totally disgusted with this practice and I can see by the reviews I am not the only one. The biggest joke of the place has to be the down right rude and nasty receptionists. The way you are spoken to over the phone totally contradicts what they have on their website. Quote from website ..'It is not surprising that sometimes you or a loved one may feel bewildered or concerned when using the NHS. And this can be at times when you are feeling at your most vulnerable and anxious.' Its unclear whether the staff are undertrained or just generally nasty people. These staff need to take into account the anxiety patients may be feeling over their health and to change their attitude when working with the public in general. I was treated appallingly after testing positive for covid and being hit with they aren't letting anyone in to the surgery because of the pandemic is shameful no wonder hospital staff laugh at them! That sort of attitude is an absolute insult to the ICU doctors and nurses who have worked non stop during this. I was laughed at down the phone when I phoned about my mole as they were not very helpful on getting me an appointment based on my circumstances. I am now waiting for my results back to see if this mole is cancerous or not after getting this removed. Struggling to breath during covid and I was told by staff I could not even receive a telephone app as this wasn't an emergency!!! The place has a terrible name for itself through word of mouth for a very good reason. Patients are constantly wanting to leave the practice due to poor care mainly from receptionists. Also the managers are not interested in the way their staff speak to the public they are just in it for their fat pay check!!! The place makes me sick and I am so glad I have finally been deregistered from there.

Suggested improvements
Listen to your patients especially management. Train reception staff to be nicer and have some awareness on what the other person is going through over the phone. Take complaints seriously instead of dismissing them. Take other peoples circumstances into consideration especially when they are working in a hospital during the pandemic.
