This is a disgraceful health centre. I don't understand why these people are able to work for the NHS when they treat patients so poorly. Doctors here refused to do their job and I felt the need to contact the Chief Medical Officer just encase there was a new government policy that stops doctors doing their jobs. I received a reply on his behalf telling me my issue was the responsibility of GPs and that I should complain to the ombudsman as I had already tried complaining to the manager who wouldn't do anything. The treatment I've had here has caused me too much stress which is very dangerous for my condition so I'm trying to recover a bit more from my condition and poor treatment so i'm capable of dealing with the stress complaining will cause me before I can do this and instruct my solicitors on what to do, as they require that i go through the ombudsman before they can take my case further. Luckily i've recorded evidence of poor treatment which I'd advise everyone to do if they have the misfortune of being forced to use this health centre.

Suggested improvements
Doctors need to listen to patients (one doctor actually said he didn't want to know something I tried to tell him about serious symptoms I had and only wanted to know about my visit to an out of hours clinic after calling 111) , treat patients as individuals and actually refer patients to the relevant specialist when they claim to be doing so. other staff should stop making it so stressful for patients that are trying to make an appointment or get a copy of things like blood test results which had been very difficult for me at this practice. Doctors should also always tell the truth as I have evidence of more than one of them telling lies which has been really confusing as I don't understand why a doctor would lie to a patient. One example of this was a doctor telling me doctors didn't have access to things from my medicals history if they came from another area, even just from Glasgow, where I had been in hospital and my hospital report was handed into the health centre when I was on the way home from hospital nearly a year before this or about a vaccine over a decade ago I had in another area which I eventually found in my records after trying to get them from this practice for over a year.
