Previously this surgery has been very efficient
But recently the service hasn't been so good.
Twice I was kept waiting for an hour for my appointment
The reason they could not log the dr onto their system
Also they lost my repeat prescription suggested
I look at home I spent ages going through my home and dustbins.
Went in the next day they had found it it was there all the time it has been
Misfiled. Surely this is very basic knowing your ABC.
