I had a phone call appointment yesterday and was given an appointment for today. This is no different from before lockdown, I can always get an appointment within a day. The appointment itself went very well from a safety point of view. I felt very safe. The doctor and nurse practitioner were very efficient and helpful. And we giggled a lot! As always, I was very impressed and happy with the Keele practice.

I have been a patient of Dr OByrne's for the last 18 years for which Dr O Byrne and his team of Drs, nurses Marilyn and Yvette, and the pharmacist Nadine and receptionists have looked after my family including my husband and four children from pre and post natal and emotional and physical health within the holistic context of family life work, studies, relationships and their pursuits such as travel and sporting activities.

I feel blessed to have the support of the surgery as a community health practice which has kept my family healthy and cared for.

I have been visiting Dr Deaville for approx 20 years now with a slight break in between but when I found where she was practising I didn't hesitate to join the surgery.
She has seen me through a lot of issues mental health included over the years.
The other Doctors , Drs Clarson & Dr O'Byrne are equally great and very pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either of them as well.
I never have any problems with staff and they go above and beyond.

My GP has been very supportive; he's very attentive when i would go on and on about what's been affecting my health and is very proactive in recommending me with various treatments.

Service from the Keele GP has been consistently excellent over the 4 years i spent at university
Keele Practice was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
