The nurse I spoke to does not listen much and she seemed to be getting upset when I wanted to discuss with her what my gyno in my country of origin suggested. I was no trying to make her feel inadequate, I just am in touch with my gyno as it is normal in my country and I just wanted to share knowledge to find the best solution for me having all the info possible. Nurse Lisa was so much more understanding and listening to me when I talked to her about the same issue months before

I think there should be an expert gyno there who makes routine checks beyond the smear test. Nurses are not prepared enough on gyno stuff and often I have had to call back my doctor in my country of origin because the nurse would think she could sort the problem when that is not always true

Keele Practice is outstanding in every way.One of their many excellent qualities is the way in which everything is explained to you and you are never made to feel stupid.I have been made to feel stupid and irrelevant in other health care settings but never at Keele Practice.I have just been through an extremely difficult and challenging time and I don't know what I would have done with the care that I received from Keele Practice.They helped to put right what another NHS organisation had got so badly wrong,that organisation neglected my medical needs to the extent that I feared for my safety and well-being. Thank you Keele Practice you really are the best! ,xx

I really can't think of anything It will be nice when we can return to the automatic arrival system so reception staff have less to do.However,I expect NHS England will determine when this is possible.

The whole surgery team displays a pleasant welcoming atmosphere while being efficient to the last. As a patient I couldn't ask for more.

This practice truly is the ultimate practice. You always know before you get there, that you will be treated, warmly, with dignity and respect. The reception staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The GP's are the best anyone could ever want to take care of their health needs. I always know when I have to go that I will come out with the issue fully explained and either treated or in the process of.

Not a thing, always really pleased with the service and care provided.

Keel Practice is an exemplary GP where patients are treated with high respect and dignity. Dr Clarson and Dr Alpanseque whom I see for myself and the children are classic examples of what a GP should be patients From all questions answered to satisfaction to all symptoms investigated, treated or referred as appropriate, I feel at home with Keele Practice knowing my children and I are in good capable and experienced hands.

The telephone booking service in the morning can be frustrating but it's a comfort to know we can always book appointments online now. However, when one of my children needed to be seen the same day, there was no more appointments left for the day. However, I was contacted by the Dr on call later in the day. A very patient-centred GP I would say.
