Wonderful service from this practice! Having recently moved to the area we registered and I was offered a check-up as part of the registration by the very helpful and polite reception staff - all of whom are doing a great job! My appointment with Dr O’Byrne was great - not rushed and he genuinely listened to my health concerns and referred me right away with really helpful advice. Gives me great confidence in ever needing to come back! Thank you.

AMAZING SERVICE by the actual doctor however reception etc are really letting the side down, only 1 receptionist available in order to check in who was busy on the phone for at least 10 mins before she even acknowledged that i was even standing there felt very rude and unprofessional

Especially thank you to Dr Laura Alpanseque, she is thoughtful and incredible helpful and a great GP, very impressed. I have never had a problem getting an appointment, texts are very helpful and all healthcare professionals there really focus on patients which is great!

Keele Practice is an excellent GP practice. Very rarely do I have to wait past my appointment time before being seen. My GP is always very friendly and instills confidence, helping reduce anxiety about any medical concerns I may have. The surgery always looks very clean and tidy.

Since the pandemic, the lead time for available appointments has been noticeably longer, but I understand that is the case with all practices.
