This practice is the best one I've ever fo7nd. It accepted and truly cared for my 98 grandmother when she was in the advance stage of bowel cancer and treated her with such respect and empathy I will be forever grateful for that. It also listens, responds and sorts out medical issues fir both myself, my husband and now my 82 year okld mother in law. Cannot recomemd the whole team highly enough. Would and indeed have recomend them to many people Thank you

Same day appointments have been harder to get but the Basford clinic did help same day

I know things have changed since covid reared its ugly head. And it is sometimes difficult to get an app. with a doctor . But I had an excellent consultation with Doctor Clarson. Looking back a few years I have never waited so long to secure a face to face meeting.

Nothing really, I have always felt very lucky to be able to call on a doctor, when I’m ill.

Appointments can be difficult to get / inconvenient timing but that's understandable. Everything else was otherwise perfect. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Not much can be done about high demand I suppose.

The doctors are fantastic at Keele Practice and the reception team try to be as helpful as possible. However, access to appointments is becoming very difficult since the practice was taken over by Combined Healthcare Trust. There are no appointments available by the NHS App or Patient Access and I had to try calling over 5 days to finally get through and get an appointment booked.

Access needs to be sorted at the practice it has significantly declined since the start of 2024.
