Quick appointment- some day. Advice and further details on management when requested. However was assumed I was unable to understand detail until I explained my clinical background then specialist practitioners attitude changed entirely. Initially dismissive of previous prophylactic advice given until I had to explain in detail why the prophylaxis was being carried out as was a potential essential diagnosis of current presenting condition.
