The surgery took the time to text me to encourage me to book an appointment after I’d had a wax removal with a private company. After a phone consultation with my gp, he decided it would be best for me to have an in person appointment to see if I needed a referral to ent, he gave me a next day appointment for the 25th and made it comfortable and easy for me both on the phone and in person. I’m now waiting for my ent appointment date and am grateful it was so quick and easy compared to past appointments I’ve had regarding my hearing issues. Very happy with the service compared to the gp I was with before.

Suggested improvements
There was nothing I can think of that could have been done better, despite poor communication from the company I had my ears cleaned with, the gp still did the best job possible
