I have known such inefficiency and lack of communication. Over an hour for a simple appointment and prescription. When questioned we told the delay was a safety issue - sounds like a certain train drivers union!! - but no one came and informed us, just left in waiting room. Really this is wholly unacceptable and why would more money be poured into the NHS to perpetuate this level of service, it did not need more money just someone to think and communicate.
