I was new to this place and i felt do disappointed about my experience. I was seen by Dr. Doust last 5th of this month. There has been some problem with the system so the doctor can't print my prescription according to her. Blood test was done on the 8th of Sept.and i was told to follow up on the following monday . I phoned , noresult so as my prescription. The receptionist said it has to be signed by the doctor . I followed up 3-4 times on the phone but i didn't have a good answer, no result and no prescription. Went there on the 20th of this month, finally i got my medications but i was told that the result need to be seen by the doctor.Do i need to wait for almost 2 weeks for the result?.I really felt so bad because i've been patiently waiting but nobody can give me a good news. I am a hypertensive person and i thought i should be at least be given the right treatment or care that i expected. I didn't experience any problem with my previous surgery and i was so satisfied with them. However Dr. Doust was great and made me feel comfortable during my visit.i just wish that this won't happen again and i hope they would act on this matter .
