I usually go to the online services on the website and depending on what is wrong I have been seen or spoken to by GP. It is the fastest way and if non urgent it’s great. Had 2 face to face last week so definitely can’t complain. Everyone should try and use it I need a referral for ongoing problem so went online to request one and if they need to discuss the problem further normally you get a call back which is all you need. I work for the NHS so appreciate the problems of getting an appointment.it is frustrating but a very difficult time

I personally am happy doing online but feel there are people that can’t use it.
