Took my son to the surgery four times last week. Persistent high temperature. Told glands up,sore throat could be start of tonsilitus go home come back later today or tommorrow. Did to be told query Scarlett fever go home come back tomorrow again no treatment. Returned the day after Dr not unduly concerned 5 days of high temperature and again no treatment, push fluids, 7 th day went back to be patronized and told you don't need to keep giving paracetamol. Excuse me my son was delirious, told a virus no treatment and made to feel like an idiot. Anyway long story short son ended up in accident and emergency after finally seeing the lovely Dr Potts who actually listened to me. My son is on I.v antibiotics with an infection. Thankfully I kept persisting next time though I may bypass and go straight to children's as I've lost faith in the surgery

I’ve always had nothing but good things to say about this surgery but recently. I’ve had appointments cancelled with no contact just a new text with a new appointment which I’ve had no idea what was happening... also had appointments and been told which surgery to go to and then get there to be told there at the other surgery! I would recommend a certesy phone call if you cancel appointments & be told which surgery they are definitely at. Also when my 3 week old baby was ill & needed to be seen because your surgery hadn’t added her to the system after 2 days of handing the form in you refuse to see her! Thought this was shocking from the surgery & have never experienced such a lack of help given!

Dr Tse patient kind and understanding. Never tried to rush you out quickly and has an immediate empathy with the patient.

Waiting area. TV - with new on. Newspapers - Daily. Vending machine. Water machine. More children toys/entertainment. Children's channel on TV. Children's books. Being told your estimated waiting time when you check in as my last appointment the doctor was running an hour late.
