I’ve always had nothing but good things to say about this surgery but recently. I’ve had appointments cancelled with no contact just a new text with a new appointment which I’ve had no idea what was happening... also had appointments and been told which surgery to go to and then get there to be told there at the other surgery! I would recommend a certesy phone call if you cancel appointments & be told which surgery they are definitely at. Also when my 3 week old baby was ill & needed to be seen because your surgery hadn’t added her to the system after 2 days of handing the form in you refuse to see her! Thought this was shocking from the surgery & have never experienced such a lack of help given!
