I love this surgery but lately it’s been very frustrating and I had a really bad experience with of the management in the past.
Suggested improvements
You could have treated me the same as everyone else but I felt and I still feel I was treated differently. Don’t get me wrong the doctors are wonderful and and usually go extra mile for their patients but some of the receptionist, prescriptions and the manager that I feel a grieved by.
