The reception and medical team are uniformly courteous and kind. The nursing staff, especially Nurse Croft, are excellent, highly skilled and work closely as a team with the doctors. I have never had a difficulty in getting a speedy appointment if I needed one for myself or my mother for whom I am a carer. Recently my husband was concerned with the after care of a minor operation and the surgery went out of their way to see him at once and reassure him. Dr Paul handled assessing my mother who wanted a Lasting Power of Attorney with great sensitivity. Referrals and follow up information have been timely. I have been under the care of Dr Tranter for more than 20 years, having all my three children at home under her care, and I could not imagine a better doctor. Islip is a really outstanding example of a family-oriented surgery.

This surgery goes out of it's way to help. I have been a patient for over 25 years and can honestly say that I have no complaints. I especially like the fact that it is possible to speak to a G.P. on the 'phone, sometimes saving a visit. I have never yet had to wait a long time for an appointment and all people working there are polite and courteous. Some of the doctors have been there for a long time making it feel much more personal.
