I would not recommend this surgery to anyone, the receptionist are rude and act like they know better than the doctors. The doctors at this surgery are the worst, suffering from blurred vision, feeling exshusted, tired, low concentration, feeling faint and sick, struggling to sleep I was offered a telephone appointment with Dr sulema, without any physical examination I was told, there is nothing wrong with me and they will request blood test, the blood test she requested I had them done through this surgery a few weeks prior to this call. When I challenged her with this information I was told by this doctor ( doctor suleman) "I am the doctor, you tell me your symptoms and I will diagnose you" there was no explanation to why these results were being repeated. With a history of mental health, I felt like this doctor really didn't help to make me feel any better. I was in tears after coming off the call to this doctor, when I called back to complain, the RECEPTIONIST explain why the doctor has requested these bloods again. My son was also mis-diagnosed and sent away with an inhaler, he ended up in hospital a few weeks later, after a full examination from a podiatric doctor he advised us to stop using the inhaler straight away beacuse he does not have asthma. I seriously have no words to explain how badly this surgery is run, long waiting times, poor level of care, very unprofessional, no empathy for patient, never seen by the same doctor twice, they have thier own little policies, very low level of hygiene, I was examined by a female doctor who did not wear any gloves. I mean, they have a type of security guard behind reception desk, this should have been the first red flag.
