I've been with this GP for a little over 2 years ago and would not recommend this GP at all. What ruined my experience here, were the very rude receptionists. They feel they can talk to you as they want and fail to understand you and your problems. When you ask to complain, they'll say that the person who takes complaints isn't here and that you need to write to her. This GP need to get better trained receptionists that are kind and empathetic. The ones that I have encountered thus far lack empathy, kindness and are very rude.
As for the Doctors, I can't speak about all of them, however there was an instance where a specialist nurse discharged me (when people with my condition are always meant to be under care and not discharged by law), her reason was that the NHS are going through cuts and things are changing.
The only Doctor whom I'd recommend you see is Dr. Mohamed Awad. Very good Doctors. Otherwise, stay clear of this GP
