I am very disappointed in the service the standards have dropped the reception staff are not helpful at all well some not all. I have tried on numerous occasions to get an appointment to see a doctor but been told can have a phone consultation but l need to see a doctor. Then more often than not you cannot see the one you want to see. When you ring at 8am again you are told no appointments is it a emergency when you go online you are most likely not going to get one for three weeks. I am really not happy this practice used to be great but not anymore if you need to see a doctor then you should be able to see one and the one you want seeing different doctors each time is stressful and you find yourself having to go over things again.
