The practice is open until 6pm but if you want any information, that is readily available on your records, the receptionist can not give it to you. So after standing at reception for over 10 mins I was then told I can only get the information from a PA and they leave before 5.30 as I found out today.
I have worked within the NHS and know System one. So found today very frustrating.
