First of all it would be interesting to know other patients' reviews relating to the Practice since the implementation of the Triage system. It is difficult to get continuity of treatment when trying to get a review appointment with the same doctor. Using the "book appointment" system there is hardly any appointments for doctors and only phlebotomy appointments. There seems to be many locum doctors now in the Practice which is fine if a patient only needs an appointment for a one off complaint ie inflamed ear/throat, throbbing toe, etc as it is not essential to know patients past history but when a patient has an on-going health issue it would be more appropriate to have continuity with the original doctor. A good point is the on-line repeat prescription service and the booking in appointment system instead of having to go to the reception desk.
