i love the service offered by the doctors Dr brightwell and Dr Oliver especially, the receptionists on the over hand need training and be taught manners. on numerous occasions i have found them rude and abrupt and have been told many a wrong thing by them, it took me nearly 2 months to book a routine appointment as the receptionists kept telling me the wrong thing. 1 a young girl kept telling me i could only book routine appointments 1 week in advance and every week no availability then after a month and a half another lady told me it was 2 weeks , but it took me another month to get an appointment as they were all booked. i like the surgery and the doctors but they could do with new receptionists.
