Receptionists still not as good as they should be, but better than they used to be, as it seems a couple of the unhelpful and very rude ones don't appear to be at the Surgery any more. Hope this is not because I haven't seen them. GPs at Surgery are very helpful and are now so much more helpful. Some more so than others. Dr Brightwell and Dr Oliver has both been wonderful in not only my own care but especially with my husband Paul recently. A faultless service from them both.
