I'm not happy with the reception team who have on a few occasions picked up and put down the phone in order to avoid patient calls. It took 30 minutes for me to make an appointment owing to a large telephone queue preceding the receptionists deliberately dropping my call. I don't like going to the doctors and I don't do it unless I have a serious problem. This is incredibly unprofessional. Sort it out!
