I find the reception and administration a bit hit and miss. Sometimes I get excellent, efficient service; other times it is a lengthy and unhelpful process.
Information is not always easy to find, even for doctors. It took quite a roundabout route for me to finally end up with the planned treatment appointment which I needed for a leg ulcer.
